Social Media/Website Management & Content Creation (Several Companies)


Responsibilities:
  • Operate and upkeep the business websites including photos, job ads, promos, announcements, etc.
  • Take photos, videos, & create high-quality content across multiple social media platforms (mainly Facebook & Instagram).
  • Maintain up to 15 social media accounts and websites
  • only a couple requiring daily updates.
  • Work closely with each company's executive team to understand the business, goals, and needs which may change often.
  • Visit jobsites, restaurant kitchens, and public events in order to capture photos and videos to use in advertisements. This may require occasional work outside of standard business hours (flexible schedule).
  • Provide friendly and thorough customer service through writing when responding to online messages and inquiries.
  • Provide great customer service & display a pleasant first impression
  • may be required to greet and speak to customers.
  • May track and report the business analytics to the CEO in order to determine which advertisements are more successful.
  • Take photos, videos, and create content for the various companies.
  • Other administrative tasks may be assigned to support the business strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Certifications:
  • DSLR camera or photography experience preferred

  • Media kit highly preferred

PROGRAMMER & SCHEDULER (FABRICATION SUPERVISOR)

*CAD Drafting experience highly preferred*


Responsibilities:
  • Program the Door RhinoFAB machines (similar to CNC machines) which cut and drill aluminum; this includes programming with a computer-based glazing software, maintenance of the software, and maintenance of the physical machine
  • Manage the fabrication schedule for the (door) fabrication department which oftentimes requires scheduled deadlines and forecasted bottlenecks in response to the ever-changing commercial construction industry
  • Read and understand shop drawings/plans created from our in-house CAD Drafting department in order to apply them to fabrication and ensure accurate dimensions
  • Receive and check in materials for the assigned fabrication department (doors)
  • Work in coordination with the Rhino operator and other fabricators to understand lead times and abilities
  • Coordinate with other positions to ensure receiving and fabrication will line up with loading/deliveries and vice versa
  • Learn and understand the commercial glazing industry, vernacular, hardware, and pieces that are required for a variety of systems
  • Work with the Director of Manufacturing Operations to maintain a high level of quality control of materials that are fabricated
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products: Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience/Certifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • 1-3 years of experience with 2D CAD software - strongly preferred
  • Experience in programming of (CNC) machinery - strongly preferred
  • Experience in construction/manufacturing/fabrication - strongly preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory role; or displays interpersonal skills to be successful in a supervisory role

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week); Occasional overtime opportunities; M-F day shift; No travel required

Working Conditions:
  • Office, fabrication shop, and some outdoors; possible exposure to loud noises and movement of equipment/forklifts
  • May be required to lift heavy material (up to 50 pounds)
  • Requires sedentary work, sitting, and working on a computer (up to 8 hours per working day)

Project Manager


Responsibilities:
  • Process and track multiple ongoing glazing projects, all of which have important budgets, schedules, and specific requirements
  • Maintain continuous communication with General Contractors, Glaziers/field staff, and suppliers to form rapport and maintain an efficient flow to completion
  • Develop and organize all details of the resources that will be needed at each job such as deliveries, labor and equipment, materials, etc.
  • Review, interpret, and endorse detailed shop drawings from our in-house CAD Drafting team
  • Supervise the Glaziers/field staff, providing guidance and evaluating progress as the project evolves
  • Prepare project status reports for monthly meetings, forecasting costs/budget, status of the project, and expected schedules
  • Complete administrative duties such as scheduling, generating RFI's, responding to change orders, and filing both paper and electronic documentation
  • Employ excellent problem-solving skills, using professionalism and effective communication, for any challenge or unexpected change that might arise
  • Other duties as assigned

Receiving/Inventory Clerk


Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and combi-lifts to move aluminum and other materials to the appropriate storage location; some items are moved manually
  • Receive calls from incoming trucks that will be delivering material, organize the logistics to ensure a successful delivery and unloading of materials
  • Assist in loading our fabrication machines with the appropriate materials; occasional hands-on fabrication may be required
  • Maintain a high level of quality control of materials that are received with oversight from the Director of Manufacturing Operations
  • Learn and understand the commercial glazing industry, vernacular, part numbers, and pieces that are required for a variety of aluminum systems
  • Read and understand the provided fabrication schedule in order to recognize the priority of tasks
  • Logistical problem solving, mobilization on the fabrication floor, and respectful interaction with a variety staff members is required to achieve daily tasks
  • Work regularly with the Director of Manufacturing Operations and the Fabrication Manager to discuss receiving logistics and schedules
  • Other duties as assigned
